Hyland is seeking a Senior Web Producer to lead the end-to-end production and publication of web content, ensuring high-quality digital experiences that align with marketing programs and corporate communications.

You will manage planning, QA, and stakeholder coordination across campaigns and website releases while mentoring the web production team to sustain best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in web production, web content management, digital marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of website structure, templates, components, metadata, forms, and responsive design with knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; professional demeanor across teams.
• Self-motivation to manage projects to completion with limited oversight.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end production and publication of web pages, landing pages, campaigns, product content, and related digital content.
• Develop production plans, coordinate dependencies, and manage deliverables through review, approval, publication, and post-launch validation.
• Perform QA testing across devices/browsers, ensuring SEO, accessibility, analytics, privacy, and governance practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product marketing, communications, SEO, analytics, and development teams to deliver integrated experiences.
• Analyze website data and stakeholder feedback to improve content quality, usability, and conversion; escalate technical defects to development teams as needed.
• Mentor and coach team members; maintain production schedules, documentation, content inventories, and launch records.
