Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of web production experience.
• Strong understanding of website structure, templates, components, metadata, forms, and responsive design.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder web projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and publication of web pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, product content, customer stories, forms, and related digital content using templates and components.
• Develop production plans, coordinate dependencies, and manage deliverables through review, approval, publication, and post-launch validation.
• Perform QA testing across devices/browsers, ensuring accessibility, metadata, and SEO practices are applied.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product marketing, communications, SEO, analytics, and development teams to deliver integrated campaigns and website releases.
• Analyze website data and stakeholder feedback to improve content quality, usability, and conversion; address publishing issues with development teams as needed.
• Mentor and coach team members, maintain production schedules, documentation, and launch records.
