Hyland Software is seeking a Senior Web Producer to manage the production and delivery of website content and digital experiences supporting marketing programs and corporate communications. You will translate briefs into structured web experiences using established templates, coordinate cross-functional activities, and optimize post-launch performance.

You will lead end-to-end production, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior producers to ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences.

Competenze

5+ years in web production or related field.
Experience with an enterprise CMS and component-based templates.
Strong HTML/CSS, SEO, and accessibility knowledge.

Mansioni

Oversee end-to-end production and publication of web pages, landing pages, and digital content.
Develop production plans, coordinate dependencies, and manage deliverables across stakeholders.
Perform QA testing across devices/browsers and ensure SEO/accessibility standards are met.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and development teams to launch campaigns and migrations.
Analyze website data and feedback, recommend improvements, and escalate defects as needed.
Mentor and coach team members, maintain production schedules and documentation.
