Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Web Producer to lead the production and publication of website content and digital experiences across Marketing programs. This remote role requires translating briefs into structured web experiences and coordinating cross-functional teams from brief to launch.

You will ensure QA, accessibility, SEO, and analytics are applied, mentor teammates, and drive improvements in content quality and conversion performance while maintaining publishing governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in web production.
• Strong HTML/CSS, SEO, analytics, accessibility, QA practices.
• Ability to manage multiple web projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across marketing, product, and development teams.
• Mentor and develop team; maintain schedules and launch records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and publication of web pages and campaigns.
