TeamViewer seeks a Web Frontend Architect to define and own the architecture of its web platform, shaping how AI-powered experiences are delivered across products. You will set standards for component libraries, testing, and performance, guiding multiple teams globally.

The role emphasizes system thinking, collaboration with engineering, and proactive risk management to ensure scalable, accessible user experiences at scale, in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale web architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, design systems, and frontend patterns.
• Experience designing AI-enabled web experiences with performance and accessibility focus.
• Knowledge of frontend quality practices, testing, and performance optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating technical risk including dependencies and OSS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and technical direction of TeamViewer’s web platform, including frontend framework and component library.
• Define standards for AI-powered features across TeamViewer web products.
• Establish frontend architecture standards, reusable patterns, and design systems.
• Drive quality through automated testing, accessibility compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Lead architecture reviews and support teams during project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to align products, platforms, and locations.
• Maintain architectural documentation and mitigate technical risks.
