Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Web Frontend Architect to own the architecture of our web platform. You will define standards for AI-powered features and drive performance, accessibility, and maintainability across teams in Austin, TX.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and shape the platform's build and delivery pipeline, collaborating with multiple teams to ship cohesive experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with large-scale web app architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, design systems, and frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience designing AI-enabled web experiences with performance and accessibility considerations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate complex concepts.
• Experience assessing dependencies, OSS, and compliance considerations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction of TeamViewer's web platform, including frontend framework and design systems.
• Define standards for AI-powered features and agent experiences across TeamViewer products.
• Establish frontend architecture standards and maintainable code structures.
• Drive automated testing, accessibility compliance, and performance monitoring.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance to multiple teams across locations.
• Maintain architectural documentation and mitigate technical risks.
