Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Web Experience & Growth to own the corporate website as a core revenue product. You will drive the product vision, roadmap, and platform health, aligning marketing, design, and engineering to accelerate traffic and revenue.

You will lead a pod, manage CMS components via Optimizely, and partner with CRO/Discoverability teams on experiments, SEO, and personalization to win in a complex B2B market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management with 3+ years owning CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Deep hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Experience in B2B enterprise tech with complex buying journeys and lead flow.
• Proven Product-Led Growth (PLG) or direct online sales experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and using Jira and Confluence.
• Strong executive communication to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and platform health for Bentley's corporate website as a core revenue product.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering to deliver web features on time.
• Define governance and prioritize features to meet traffic and revenue targets.
• Develop a scalable CMS component library and templates via Optimizely CMS.
• Partner with CRO and Discoverability teams on SEO, personalization, and tests.
