Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Web Experience & Growth to own the corporate B2B website as a core revenue-generating product. You will report to the Director of Digital Growth and Web Conversion, guiding vision, roadmap, and platform health across the Optimizely ecosystem.

You will partner with CRO, Marketing, UX, and Engineering to enable high-conversion experiences, scalable CMS components, and efficient testing infrastructure, while leading agile delivery and sharing a

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management, with at least 3+ years owning enterprise CMS and experimentation platforms.
• Hands-on experience managing Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation.
• Experience in a B2B enterprise tech environment with complex buying journeys.
• Product-Led Growth (PLG) or driving direct online sales experience.
• Strong understanding of web architecture and front-end technologies; ability to discuss tech with engineers.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the corporate website.
• Conduct business impact analyses and build cases to drive roadmap prioritization.
• Own the Web Product Vision and ensure platform supports traffic and revenue growth.
• Drive the Component Library strategy using Optimizely CMS for rapid page launches.
• Prioritize backlog based on commercial value, feasibility, and user impact.
• Oversee platform architecture, performance, and security; ensure fast, stable web properties.
• Serve as product owner for an engineering pod; write user stories and manage sprint cycles.
• Explore AI opportunities to streamline backlog management and testing processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRO, UX, and Engineering to support A/B tests, personalization, and SEO.
