Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Business.
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS web, content, or digital marketing strategy.
- Proven track record driving organic growth and pipeline.
- Experience owning complex web projects from strategy to launch.
Responsibilities
- Provide IA strategy and direction for Web Operations and the Development team.
- Set taxonomy, structure, and buyer-stage alignment for pages.
- Lead end-to-end web projects, coordinating IA, design, and development.
- Partner with Marketing to translate positioning into digital experiences.
- Establish web writing standards and CMS guidelines.
- Define web governance and page lifecycle management.
- Shape navigation and internal linking for findability.
