Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Senior Web Developer to own the technical health and ongoing development of the CentralReach website and related web properties. You will lead hands-on WordPress development, build custom themes and plugins, ensure performance, security, and uptime, and connect the site to internal tools through Node.js.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Demand Generation to implement landing pages, optimize conversions, and translate design files into responsive front-end

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional web development experience.
• Extensive WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and design teams.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership of production sites.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development, maintenance, and performance of the WordPress site.
• Build pages with Beaver Builder and custom code.
• Develop server-side logic and APIs with Node.js to connect marketing tools.
• Ensure accessibility, SEO health, and cross-browser compatibility.
