Job summary

Commence is hiring a hands-on Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to own the build, performance, and growth of our website. You will translate company needs into functional, branded, and SEO-friendly experiences while leading optimization, analytics, and lead generation efforts.

You will design and implement responsive pages with React.js, manage WordPress CMS and PHP templating, and drive technical SEO and analytics initiatives across campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Hands-on web development experience with modern front-end tech.
• Experience with SEO, web optimization, or digital marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performing web pages and features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Own the full web development lifecycle from design to deployment with brand consistency.
• Manage and customize WordPress site, including CMS admin, PHP templating, and plugins.
• Integrate and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and third-party tools for performance and data accuracy.
• Create responsive designs with the Sr. Visual Designer for various devices.
• Own and execute SEO initiatives including keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Own website analytics and reporting to translate performance into actionable recommendations.
• Build, test, and optimize landing pages and conversion pathways for campaigns.
• Monitor core web vitals and troubleshoot UI/performance issues.
• Partner with Marketing Lead to align brand direction with web experiences.
• Contribute to marketing performance reporting linking web, content, and campaigns to pipeline.
• Continuously discover and implement new technologies and AI-assisted tools.
