Job summary
Esri is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement seamless GIS-BIM integration, connecting ArcGIS cloud with cloud-based BIM systems and supporting RESTful APIs and TypeScript widgets. You will work cross-functionally with product owners and engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions for industry partners.
In this role, you will develop real-time and batch data pipelines, contribute to complex micro-service architectures, and ensure robust data migration between BIM
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software product development experience.
- Experience building cloud infrastructure, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and related frameworks.
- Proficient with Agile processes and Git.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or CE or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration between the ArcGIS geospatial cloud and cloud-based BIM systems.
- Develop RESTful APIs and TypeScript components/widgets for ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- Create geoprocessing tools and data migration pipelines for BIM-GIS workflows.
- Build real-time and batch data pipelines to synchronize versioned BIM data with GIS.
- Construct micro-service pipelines to handle large BIM datasets.
