Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire is seeking a Web Developer to join a collaborative team to build and maintain database-driven websites and applications for USNH institutions, with a strong emphasis on user experience, digital accessibility, SEO, and adherence to client specifications.

You will lead technical development using Drupal and WordPress, and contribute with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL while promoting secure, scalable practices across development, testing, and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and six years of IT experience, or Master’s and four years, or equivalent.
• Experience with database-driven web apps and front-end tech stack.
• Knowledge of Drupal or WordPress and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop websites and web applications following USNH style guides and policies.
• Build standards-compliant sites using Drupal/WordPress and web tech (PHP/HTML/JS/CSS).
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities and ensure security.
• Provide documentation and support; manage development/test/prod environments.
