Job summary

The University of Denver is seeking a Web Developer I to support and develop the university’s web properties built primarily in Drupal and WordPress. You will work with University Relations and IT/EAS to maintain fast, secure, and accessible sites.

You will design features, wireframes, and site structure while collaborating with marketing and IT teams. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of Drupal/WordPress experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• One year or more of experience in Drupal or WordPress development or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features in Drupal and WordPress.
• Develop wireframes and core site structure for web properties.
• Adjust site parameters and ensure secure, accessible delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing/Communications and IT teams on projects.
• Create documentation and guides for ongoing use.
