Coastal Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sr. Web Developer & Optimization Specialist to lead website design, UX optimization, and CRO efforts to drive digital acquisition, member engagement, and growth.

You will manage analytics, attribution, and vendor partnerships, while supporting paid media campaigns and intranet enhancements. The role requires strong expertise in SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization, with a track record of improving funnel performance.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in web development, UX optimization, and digital marketing operations.
Bachelor's degree in web development, digital marketing, CS, or related field; or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Lead website design and UX optimization with usability, accessibility, and CRO best practices.
Conduct usability and A/B testing to improve member engagement and application completion rates.
Optimize layouts, navigation, forms and content to drive memberships and product conversions.
Monitor end-to-end user journeys across web, ads, and online applications; identify friction points.
Design solutions to streamline navigation and increase conversion efficiency.
Own SEO strategy including keyword research and technical SEO improvements; monitor rankings and trends.
Configure GA dashboards, goals, events, and cross-platform attribution.
Support paid search, display, and retargeting campaigns with technical coordination.
Maintain and optimize intranet (Tides) to support internal communications.
