Job summary

Coastal Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Web Designer & Optimization Specialist to lead the design, development, and optimization of the public website. Hybrid role with 3 days in the Raleigh, NC office, focusing on UX, CRO, SEO, and analytics to drive member acquisition and product applications.

The role uses Kentico Xperience to create pages, content, components, forms, and digital experiences, with hands-on HTML/CSS/JS efforts and collaboration with an external design/development agency.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in web development, UX optimization, and digital marketing operations.
Experience with Kentico Xperience or similar CMS for content and pages.
Knowledge of technical SEO and structured data implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and optimization of Coastal's public website within Kentico Xperience.
Manage analytics, tracking, and attribution across channels and campaigns.
Coordinate with external agencies for complex enhancements and strategic initiatives.
