KeyBank is seeking a Sr Web Content Consultant to partner with stakeholders and build an outstanding online experience. You will shape strategy for web content in the Businesses & Institutions section, drive landing pages, and ensure compliance with standards across Key.com.

The role requires strong HTML, CMS (AEM) expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Collaboration with analytics, design, and marketing is essential for successful campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in web development, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in website management and/or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and web content management systems.
• Experience with analytics and web optimization is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Determines strategy and approach for new products, services, or campaigns within Key.com's Businesses & Institutions section and supports marketing campaigns with landing pages.
• Act as a consultant, providing direction on best practices for online experience solutions to internal clients and partners.
• Communicates page strategy and requirements to the Web Content Specialist(s) who create pages in the CMS (AEM).
• Determines key performance indicators and collaborates with analytics to report on website performance.
• Reviews web content, navigation, and look & feel, ensuring alignment with standards and compliance.
