Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 2+ years as a business analyst, product owner, or equivalent.
• Experience with ecommerce environments (B2B preferred).
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills (flowcharts, wireframes).
• Ability to partner with agile teams to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, PMs, QA, business teams and support for direction on systems and deployment.
• Document business requirements and oversee project plans and technical specs.
• Spend time with users at all levels to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and change control procedures.
• Maintain project documentation and advocate for customers/users.
• Mentor associates and maintain Mouser knowledge library.
