Job summary

Mouser Electronics, a global distributor of semiconductors and electronic components, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at its Mansfield, Texas facility. The role leads a productive operations team, Oversees daily tasks, enforces standard operating procedures, and drives productivity and quality improvements.

You will coordinate staffing, oversee performance, and partner with management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years relevant supervisory experience.
• Internal candidates: 1 year as a Lead/Coordinator or 2 years as Mouser employee; External candidates: 2 years as supervisor or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises a warehouse operations team.
• Oversees daily warehouse activities to ensure service levels and quality.
• Ensures SOP compliance and staff training on procedures.
• Directs work of two or more full-time employees or equivalent.
• Implements productivity metrics and process improvements.
• Manages payroll, timesheets, and staffing plans.
• Maintains communications with warehouse management and peers.
• Addresses quality issues and corrective actions.
• Maintains attendance as an essential job function.
