Job summary

Keller Williams Realty, LLC seeks a Sr. Web Developer to lead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions for corporate and B2B marketing websites.

This role provides strategic technical leadership to elevate recruiting and retention initiatives and drive lead generation. You will guide complex web projects, mentor developers, and partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of web development experience.
• Proficiency with Headless CMS platforms (Sanity, WordPress, etc.) and marketing automation integrations (HubSpot).
• Advanced knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of WordPress/Sanity or other CMS and building architecture.
• Experience with designing responsive web components from complex designs.
• Ability to maintain a codebase using Git.
• Ability to run effective A/B or multivariate testing.
• Strong ability to scope projects.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and explain technical trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the technical aspects of all web development projects, establishing and enforcing coding standards.
• Provides technical advice and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
• Leads collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyzes web property performance and interprets data with the Digital Marketing Analyst for improvements.
• Designs and implements complex A/B and multivariate tests to optimize KPIs.
• Evaluates industry trends and presents strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Prepares and presents technical documentation, project plans, and reports.
• Manages integrations with growth stack (HubSpot, GTM, etc.).
• Implements advanced SEO strategies (SSR/SSG, JSON-LD, sitemaps) to maintain rankings.
• Owns Core Web Vitals to ensure fast load times.
• Collaborates with brand team to maintain a scalable design system.
