SABG seeks a Senior Weapon System Acquisition SME to support SAF/SQ in Arlington, VA. This role evaluates space vehicle designs, ground control segments, and launch capabilities, coordinating with SAF/SQ divisions and assisting in classification actions and congressional oversight tasks.
The incumbent will prepare executive level briefs, reports, and summary papers, explaining complex concepts clearly and making recommendations grounded in analysis.

Prepare and deliver executive level briefings, reports, and summary papers; explain complex concepts in relatively simple language; summarize key decisions; and provide recommendations supported by analysis.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
