Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, modeling, and forecasting for incentive plans.
• Create executive-level presentations.
• Develop annual Program Books outlining incentives.
• Coordinate Incentive Governance materials.
• Implement and execute plan changes.
• Develop incentive budgets and forecasts.
• Review scorecard results monthly.
• Validate scorecard and incentive results.
• Research performance anomalies.
• Support exception review process.
• Maintain competitive reporting metrics and tools.
