Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Sr. Wealth Management Performance Consultant to coach and develop Wealth Management professionals across our organization. You will design onboarding, lead trainings, and partner with field leaders to drive growth and productivity.

You will also serve as a resource on investment products and planning tools, staying ahead of industry trends and translating ideas into impactful learning opportunities across multi-state locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with seven years in wealth management/financial services.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 65/66 licenses required.
• Current Life & Health Insurance License required.
• CFP®, ChFC®, CLU® or similar designation preferred.
• Series 24 license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development programs to grow advisors' skills and business results.
• Design onboarding experiences for wealth management professionals.
• Serve as a trusted resource on wealth management products and advisor support programs.
• Partner with field leaders to identify performance opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop and facilitate webinars, workshops, and virtual learning experiences.
• Help advisors maximize technology and resources to improve client outcomes.
• Champion financial planning best practices and support sales processes.
