Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking an Wealth Management Performance Enablement Coach to translate Wealth priorities into consistent field execution. The role accelerates readiness of new advisors and PCRMs in the Tri State Metro market, diagnosing gaps and delivering targeted coaching across Wealth and key partners.

The incumbent will enable TSM leaders with coaching frameworks, track adoption, and drive measurable improvements in advisor productivity and client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, advisor dynamics, PCRM expectations
• Experience developing onboarding and coaching programs
• Experience diagnosing performance gaps and delivering coaching solutions
• Experience facilitating coaching sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs
• Ability to use data and feedback to evaluate adoption and impact
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence leaders and partners
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Adaptability to changing business needs
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's degree completed

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps for new advisors and PCRMs in the TSM market using data and priorities
• Deliver 1:1 coaching to new advisors and PCRMs across varying levels of expertise
• Design and deliver focused workshops, coaching sessions, and reinforcement routines
• Equip leaders with coaching frameworks, performance insights, and practical tools
• Translate field needs into actionable development strategies and scalable enablement solutions
• Manage coaching/training initiatives from needs assessment to adoption and reinforcement
• Define success measures and report progress to leadership
• Identify opportunities to scale coaching and improve consistency across Wealth
