Job summary

Citizens Wealth Management is seeking a Performance Enablement Coach to translate priorities into consistent field action, accelerating readiness of new advisors and PCRMs in the Tri State Metro area.

You will diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted coaching, and facilitate education sessions to build relationship fluency, strengthen business acumen, and improve partner collaboration across Wealth and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management, advisor dynamics, PCRM expectations, and client needs.
• Experience developing onboarding and coaching programs for advisors, PCRMs, or similar roles.
• Ability to use data and feedback to evaluate adoption and impact.
• Bachelor's degree completed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose performance gaps for new advisors and PCRMs in the TSM market.
• Deliver 1:1 coaching and run development programs for readiness and effectiveness.
• Enable field leaders with coaching frameworks and actionable guidance for execution.
• Track adoption, measure impact, and report progress to leadership.
