Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
• Minimum of five years in investment services.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 66 or 63/65) and VA life insurance licenses.
• AWMA or CFP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel customers on investment topics including retirement, tax, education, income, risk, and objectives.
• Adheres to Reg BI and acts as fiduciary in advisory relationships.
• Acquire and maintain client relationships through business development and partnerships.
• Purchase and sell securities to clients meeting needs or objectives.
• Develop and maintain a personal business plan with revenue and AUM growth goals.
• Build and maintain high quality client relationships and service existing accounts.
• Provide investment research and portfolio evaluations; coordinate with operations.
• Educate and engage branch teams through coaching and referrals.
