Job summary

Atlantic Union Financial Consultants seeks a Senior Financial Consultant to provide investment solutions and manage client goals in a hybrid Middleburg, VA environment. You will partner with bank branches to expand relationships and deliver tailored portfolios.

The role requires five years in investment services, FINRA licenses, and a bachelor’s degree. Strong sales, communication, and analytical skills are essential, with compensation largely commission-based and eligibility for incentive plans.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, procedures and related regulations.
• Strong sales ability to acquire and grow client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systems.
• Advanced math and analytical skills for portfolio evaluation.
• Excellent written, oral and negotiation skills with ability to spot opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients on investment topics including retirement, education, tax and risk planning.
• Adhere to Reg BI and act as fiduciary for advisory relationships.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through networking and branch partnerships.
• Purchase and tailor securities for various client types to meet objectives.
• Develop a personal business plan to grow assets under management and revenue.
