Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Consultant to provide investment solutions and manage client goals. You will partner with bank branches to deliver advisory services, build relationships, and help clients achieve their financial objectives.

The role emphasizes fiduciary responsibilities, Reg BI compliance, and proactive client development across individuals and businesses in the Middleburg area. A strong background in investments and licenses is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in investment services.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65 in lieu of Series 66) and State of Virginia life insurance and annuities licenses.
• AWMA or CFP designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel customers on investment topics including retirement, tax, education, income, risk, and objectives.
• Adheres to Reg BI and acts as fiduciary in advisory relationships.
• Acquire and expand client relationships through business development and networking.
• Purchase and sell securities to various client types to meet needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a personal business plan with revenue and AUM growth goals.
