The role emphasizes fiduciary duties, regulatory adherence, and proactive business development to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in investment services.
• FINRA registrations to include Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65 in lieu of Series 66) and State of Virginia life insurance licenses.
• AWMA or CFP designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel customers on investment topics including retirement, tax, education planning and risk management.
• Adhere to Reg BI and act as fiduciary in advisory relationships.
• Acquire and expand client relationships through networking and branch partnerships.
• Purchase and sell securities meeting client needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a personal business plan to grow revenue and assets under management.
• Build high quality relationships with clients and prospects.
