Job summary

Mercer Advisors seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer/Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and growth. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and integrate Einstein AI features and Agentforce to enhance advisor productivity.

You will lead complex integrations, build Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and custom objects, while ensuring best practices, data governance, and secure deployments across the Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce development with complex project experience.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
Experience with Visualforce, Apex, Lightning, APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

Design and build advanced Salesforce solutions, including Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
Lead integrations across Salesforce and other enterprise systems, including AI/ML services.
