Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Business Oversight Manager to advise on development and maintenance of Compliance/Center of Excellence programs in line with the Bank's risk philosophy and strategic direction.

You will lead advisory services to executives, design and deploy standalone and cross-functional compliance initiatives, and guide a culture of integrity and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in compliance or related fields.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory changes and policy updates.
• Develop and implement enterprise compliance programs.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to management.
• Collaborate with business lines to manage risk.
