Job summary

Northern Trust in the United States seeks a senior servicing professional to manage complex client inquiries and deliver tailored banking solutions for wealth management clients. You will support underwriting, deposit processing, and client communications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Knowledge of internal banking functions.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial servicing/accounting with client servicing background.

Responsibilities

• Acts as initial contact for complex client or partner inquiries for banking products and services.
• Assists with creating and implementing complex banking solutions for WM clients.
• Assists bankers with account administration, business development and client presentations including due diligence at loan inception.
• Acts as liaison with National Credit Center at inception and during underwriting.
• Coordinates with CSST to execute daily client transaction activity and credit underwriting documentation.
• Coordinates with CSST on deposit transaction processing including account opening and overdrafts.
• Oversees development of action plans for client servicing and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Acts as resource for the relationship servicing team for highly complex WM relationships.
• Gathers information from partners and clients to facilitate service changes.
• Identifies service efficiency enhancements and process improvements.
• Communicates with clients about account setup/status and loan matters.
• Maintains knowledge of loan agreements and financial statements.
