Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
• Advanced knowledge of the banking industry and financing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and identify prospects for specific clients.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury management relationships and identify opportunities beyond banking.
• Structure and negotiate loan/lease agreements per guidelines and prepare financing documentation.
• Advise clients on Goals-Driven Wealth Management and coordinate with partners.
• Generate leads through COIs and build a wider partner network.
• Provide expert consulting to partners and internal teams on technical matters.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic direction for business functions.
• Engage with committees and senior management when required.
