Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Financial Consultant to join our Los Angeles branch, combining planning expertise with holistic guidance in investing, retirement, and education goals. You’ll start with an existing client book to establish relationships and grow your practice.

You’ll complete Wealth Management University, bootcamp, and ongoing mentorship within your branch, advancing along Schwab’s four-level track with strong support from leaders and peers.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance required during tenure.
• CFP Certification a plus; Tuition Reimbursement and CFP Cohort Program offered.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow the book of business through warm outreach and client engagement.
• Build trust and deepen client relationships using Schwab guidance and market insights.
• Develop and implement retirement, education, and investment planning strategies for clients.
