Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance required during tenure.
• CFP certification is a plus; Tuition Reimbursement and CFP Cohort Program available.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Maintain consistent sales activity to deepen client relationships.
• Discuss market conditions, investing principles, and wealth planning tailored to client situations.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth guidance.
