Charles Schwab is hiring a Financial Consultant to help clients own their financial futures, combining planning with holistic guidance across investing, retirement, and education goals within our branch network.

You’ll start with an existing book of Schwab clients, receive comprehensive training via Wealth Management University, and advance along a structured four‑level career track with mentorship and ongoing development.

Competenze

• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• FINRA Series 66 license (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance are expected during tenure.
• CFP Certification is a plus and company supports professional development with tuition reimbursement and CFP cohort program.

Mansioni

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Communicate market conditions, investing principles, and long-term planning tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists and advisers to guide clients toward their financial goals.
