Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Financial Consultant to combine planning expertise with holistic financial guidance, serving as a trusted partner in helping clients with investing, retirement readiness, and education goals. You’ll start with an existing book of Schwab clients, building lasting relationships and growing your practice.

Qualifications

A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) as it will be required during tenure.
Obtaining Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during tenure.
CFP Certification is a plus and may be supported by Tuition Reimbursement and internal CFP Cohort Program.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients, maintaining consistent sales activity to grow the book of business and strengthen client relationships.
Demonstrate passion for community engagement by discussing market conditions, investing principles, and long-term strategies with clients.
Provide outstanding investor experience while pursuing continued professional development in Wealth Management.
Learn to leverage Schwab specialists, advice guidelines, market knowledge, and client progress to help clients achieve their goals.
