You will complete Schwab training through Wealth Management University, followed by hands-on mentorship within your branch.

Qualifications

• Valid FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Obtaining FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance during tenure is required.
• CFP Certification is a plus and encouraged for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients to grow the book of business.
• Provide holistic financial guidance including retirement readiness, education planning, and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Schwab specialists to deliver best-in-class solutions and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain an investor-centric approach and develop relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.
