Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- FINRA Series 66 license and Life & Health Insurance licensing may be needed during tenure.
- CFP certification is a plus; tuition reimbursement and CFP cohort program are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial guidance including investing, retirement readiness, and education goals.
- Build and deepen client relationships to grow your book of business.
- Collaborate with branch team and Schwab specialists to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Represent Schwab with professionalism and uphold compliance and advisory standards.
