• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly, interviewing involved parties.
• Analyze forms, policies, endorsements, and instructions to determine coverage.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare reports for file documentation.
• Manage diary tasks to ensure timely resolutions and reserve setting.
