Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster with workers' compensation expertise. This role offers fully remote work with IL, IN, MI licensed adjusters encouraged to apply, supporting clients and claimants across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll analyze claims, coordinate with involved parties, and resolve complex exposures while delivering empathetic, compliant service and ensuring timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine proper resolution.
• Communicate with parties involved in the claim process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
• Document activity and support claim outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
