Job summary

STV is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Louisville or Lexington, KY. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, mentor staff, and support business development across Kentucky.

You will oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes client relationships and expansion of STV’s services statewide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 12 years of water and wastewater engineering experience including PM, design, and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, bidding and construction administration of water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work and client presentations.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage client meetings and site visits.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules and changes in scope.
• Support business development and build relationships statewide.
