Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager for our Kentucky practice in Louisville or Lexington. You’ll lead planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure while growing STV’s statewide client base.

You’ll manage multiple projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and support business development through proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required for the role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required with Kentucky registration or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 12 years of water/wastewater engineering experience in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, bidding, and construction administration of water and wastewater projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate project deliverables and client meetings.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates; support business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget.
