Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Proven success managing engineering projects and client relationships.
• Experience with proposal writing and business development.
• Stormwater design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Lead project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Build and maintain strong municipal client relationships.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets.
• Support business development through networking and client outreach.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with department initiatives.
