Job summary

The role requires a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and 10+ years in municipal water/wastewater programs with a proven track record in project delivery, scope and budget management, and business development. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
• Proven success managing engineering projects and client relationships.
• Experience with proposal writing and business development.
• Stormwater design experience is a plus.
