This full-time, hybrid position requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineering (PE) license, and 8+ years of experience. Responsibilities

• Project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC.
• Client relationship development.

• Provide project updates at public forums.
