Job summary

McGill Associates, PA is seeking a Senior Project Manager specialized in water and wastewater to lead the firm’s regional water/wastewater initiatives. You will manage design projects, mentor staff, and build relationships with municipal clients to move projects forward.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 15+ years of water/wastewater design experience, a PE license, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in water / wastewater plant design, including 3+ years of experience managing engineering projects and/or personnel.
• PE license.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s water / wastewater projects and backlog across the region.
• Build relationships with municipal clients to move projects forward.
• Collaborate with staff and develop teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead by example with clear communication and understanding of water / wastewater principles.
• Involve planning and design of treatment facilities, distribution, and asset management as part of projects.
