Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the San Antonio office for its water solutions team. You will oversee client relationships, manage projects end-to-end, and coordinate with engineering and management resources to deliver successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes business development, budgeting, and contract execution, with a focus on driving growth and project profitability across local municipalities and projects. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience is preferred.
• Technical background in water/wastewater and linear infrastructure is desirable.
• Experience in business development and program management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing efforts and strategy for the San Antonio office.
• Identify prospects, develop proposals, present to clients, and manage project budgets and contracting.
• Coordinate with engineering and management resources to advance market footprint.
• Oversee project performance, financial management, invoicing and payments, and conduct performance reviews.
• Strengthen client relationships and promote Black & Veatch through client and community activities.
