Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater/public infrastructure projects.
• Project and client management experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to guide junior staff on large multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, and delivery of water/wastewater projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and scopes to meet client goals.
• Review designs for quality, constructability, and code compliance.
• Lead feasibility studies and infrastructure planning.
• Develop contracts, procurement, and admin tasks.
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
