The role requires a BS or MS in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 10+ years in public water resources. You will manage project teams, coordinate with regulators, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding junior staff.

Qualificações

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering is required.
• Registration as a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• 10+ years in public infrastructure projects related to Water Resources.
• Project and/or client management experience is required.
• Ability to guide junior staff and participate in design and detailing.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Oversee project teams and coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and scopes to align with client goals and regulations.
• Review designs for quality, constructability, and code compliance.
• Lead feasibility studies and planning for future infrastructure needs.
• Evaluate treatment technologies and design approaches with technical experts.
• Develop and manage contracts, procurement, and administration.
• Communicate project updates and resolve issues with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and secure necessary permits.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, risk assessments, and other docs.
• Conduct cost-benefit and lifecycle analyses; support funding strategies.
• Collaborate with BD on proposals, scoping, and RFP responses.
